death walk to college on the ice!
need to narrow down my design development to select the final line up and make sure they link together as a collection. considering the use of buttons and/or chains to link all my designs together.
had a crit with ian on a severe hangover/cold mix, bad times! managed to pay attention enough to hear that i need to add in some full length trousers and jackets into my collection as the british summer is not as hot as my collection suggests! dont make them skintight, think about shape and structure for the trousers.
i have been watching charlotte kitson use photoshop and it is depressing to say the least! im now bricking it about trying to make my final line up look anywhere near as good on photoshop, or even get it onto that bloody programme!
friday was fabric shopping day with nick georgy and katherine. fabworld was alladdins cave! so much stuff and the man there was very helpful. found a few suitable fabrics/colours to add to the samples i got from leeds market. i find it difficult to know what the fabrics will/wont do, and i need to make some more samples!! and brush up on my fabric knowledge.
